| Job Description | The Program: This is a 1 year program which provides hands-on educational and experiential training that will develop the individual to become a successful Systems/Solution Engineer in the VMware Systems Engineering Organization. The Job: As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will be trained with foundational knowledge in IT—specifically in the area of server virtualization and Cloud computing—which will help you become fluent in virtualization and Cloud computing in general. In addition, the individual will be provided on-job- technical training experience mentored by VMware experienced professionals to support them on projects, technical presentation and designing server virtualization, datacenter virtualization and cloud computing. The Competencies: - Graduated from an accredited university - Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science - Industry certification is desirable.
